Ewin Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ewin platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the ewin platform. Continued use following any changes to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the ewin platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not diagnosed with a gambling addiction or currently undergoing related treatment.
• Not listed on any active gambling self-exclusion programme.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Ewin reserves the right to request age and identity verification from any member at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately pending completion of verification.

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the ewin platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without any refund of remaining balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, complete, and up to date. The information required includes:

• Full name as it appears on your official identification document.
• A valid and accurate date of birth.
• An active and accessible email address.
• A mobile phone number registered in your own name.
• A complete and current residential address.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is part of the ewin account registration and verification procedure. You may be required to submit a copy of your identification document, proof of address, or other financial documents as part of this process. 4Deposit & Withdrawal

Ewin supports a range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, bank transfers, and selected digital wallets. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The general terms and conditions relating to deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are determined by the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit as a fraud prevention measure.
• The first withdrawal request for each account requires full KYC verification before it can be processed.

8Account Termination

Ewin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the ewin customer support team. Please note that:

• Valid cash balances in the account will be returned to the member once all security and compliance checks have been completed.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements will not be returned.
• Once an account is terminated, access to the platform will be suspended immediately.
• Ewin reserves the right to withhold funds for up to 30 days in cases where a fraud investigation is ongoing.

9Liability Limits
